Coles Casey Central

This shopping center is great as it host a fresh food shop with very reasonable prices and a huge variety of items. Further more there's a kmart aldi bigw and coles. There's plenty of atms a nab and commonwealth branch. Lot of other shops like conner habitana several dollar shops spend less shoes as well. You will find pretty much all for your needs in this shopping center. Outside theres several liquor shops as well. Food courts with subway, sushi sushi, boost juice, china bar...etc. plenty of car space and on a side there's a car wash and a fuel station as well.

My husband and I frequent Coles Casey Central at least 3 days a week and have always found the staff very kind and helpful...up until today. We went through a checkout that was manned by a woman named Tracey. We went through her checkout at 10.23am on 20/09/2023 receipt no.7600. We noticed that she was rude to the customers ahead of us. And then it was our turn...She kept insisting if I had a Flybuys card, which I did and I also have a discount card, which both of I was trying to get them out of my purse. She totalled the purchases before I had time to put my cards under the scanner, to which she said " You are supposed to do that earlier"! I looked up at her and waited for her to give me the green light so I could scan my cards and she sighed as though it was a hard task. Then I said "Wait, I have a discount card " and she was obviously very aggressively looking at us. I have never been served by her before, maybe she is new? Me, having been working at Coles for 21 years, (now retired) understand how cashiers should act toward their customers. My husband and I were both shocked at her attitude!

Me and my cousin went here, there was a lady with orange hair that worked there that accused us for stealing a pack of condoms. We were no even in the Aisle with the condoms. She then tried to throw a punch at us but missed and fell, She then vomited on the ground where the chip aisle was. She then kept chasing us until we ran to another worker to ask for the manager. The manager checked the security footage and it was exactly what we said. She then swore at us and tried slapping my cousin. So yeah never coming to here again.

I shop here almost every morning to grab fresh fruit and milk, bread etc Customer service is amazing and so helpful. Always great specials on and half price specials all the time. But if your a late night shopper please make sure your done & out by 12am as they are very strict on this. :) It would be great if the bakery was a little quicker in the morning sorry. My kids like fresh cheese & Margherita rolls or tear n share for school but it's not always ready on time. But if I ask for it they are kind enough to bag it for me 1st. So thank you ladies
